1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Miti application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Miti is an iOS application that allows users to scan restaurant receipts, assign items to participants, and generate bill-split summaries using AI-powered OCR.

3. Account Registration

Access to Miti requires signing in with Apple ID. You must be at least 13 years old and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. Free Tier & Subscriptions

Free tier: 2 receipt scans per calendar month at no cost. Counts reset on the first day of each month.

Miti Pro: A paid subscription that removes the monthly scan limit, billed weekly through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes, attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the service, or abuse it through automated scanning or attempts to circumvent usage limits.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is." OCR accuracy depends on receipt quality; we do not guarantee that all items will be extracted correctly. You are responsible for verifying splits before collecting payment.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
